Hacker help: Ektorp sofas into two chaise u-shape sectional?

Materials: 2 Ektorp sofas, chaises

Description: I would like to use IKEA Ektorp to create a symmetrical, u-shaped sectional in Ektorp with a 2 or 3 seat sofa in the middle and one chaise on each side/end. Has anyone done this?

    If you already have the two chaises then just add the Kivik sofa (armless 3 seat sofa) for $687. If not, then look into getting a Karlstad that has the chaises and the sofa center for $999.

    Just put a back, making a corner piece, on 2 of the chairs. I have an outdoor set that is this configuration
